Divya Harchandani

Divya Harchandani is an Associate at WongPartnership LLP since October 2023, specializing in international arbitration. Previously, Divya interned with Norton Rose Fulbright in December 2022, contributing to the finalization of claims related to share valuation for decentralized finance service providers and conducting research on the International Arbitration Act in Singapore. As a Principal Associate at Singh & Associates from February 2018 to August 2021, Divya managed domestic and international arbitrations for companies in telecommunications and infrastructure, drafting claims and submissions for various contracts. Divya also served as a Junior Counsel at Sukumaran & Associates from July 2017 to February 2018, focusing on labor law petitions, and worked as an Associate at International Law Affiliates, where legal arguments were presented on behalf of international airlines. Divya holds a Master's in Law from the National University of Singapore and both an L.L.B and a B.A. Hons in Economics from Amity University and Delhi University, respectively.
