John Te Nijenhuis

John te Nijenhuis is an experienced asset manager and project leader with a diverse background in real estate and construction management. Currently serving as an asset manager and senior project leader at Woningcorporatie Thús Wonen since February 2018, John has previously held roles as a project leader at Boekema and Woningcorporatie Thús Wonen. Earlier experience includes positions in purchasing and project management at Heijmans and Bouwbedrijf U. Veenstra BV, along with work as a preparer/drafter at BAM Utiliteitsbouw. John holds a degree in architectural engineering from Hanze and completed a program at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate in 2020.
