Eric Nagengast

Eric Nagengast is an experienced professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Directeur Vastgoed at Woningstichting Rochdale since November 2015, where responsibilities include managing new construction, transformation, and renovation projects along with planned maintenance. Prior roles include serving as Manager Projectontwikkeling at Woonstichting De Key, where management of property development projects took place, and extensive experience as a (Sr) Projectontwikkelaar and (Sr) Real Estate Developer. Eric also contributed to Stichting Urban Resort as a member of the Raad van Toezicht and held various positions in research and consultancy earlier in their career.
