Jan Hoetmer

Jan Hoetmer has extensive experience in the construction and renovation sector, currently serving as directievoerder and projectopzichter at Rochdale woningbouwcorporatie since 2005, overseeing new construction and renovation projects. Previously, at Rochdale woningstichting from 1983 to 2008, Jan held various roles including opzichter mutatie en renovatie, responsible for preparing rental properties for sale and managing technical aspects of high-end rental units post-renovation. Jan's career commenced with hands-on roles such as timmerman and metselaar, and Jan holds a Bouwkundige degree from HTI, complemented by vocational training in masonry and carpentry from LTS.
