Angelina Durland has extensive experience in customer operations and success management, currently serving as Manager of Central Operations with a focus on Customer Operations at Wonolo since March 2018. In this role, Angelina is responsible for developing customer self-signup experiences and enhancing customer retention through comprehensive business processes. Prior to this, Angelina held several management positions at Wonolo, including leading the launch of the W2 offering and supporting enterprise account growth. Previous roles include Account Executive at The Execu|Search Group, where Angelina managed client relationships and recruitment strategies, and Strategic Alliance Executive at JK Design, focusing on business development. Angelina also has a background in small business services from ADP and experience in social media consulting. Angelina earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Advertising from Rider University in 2013.
