Brendan Kinney

Brendan Kinney is an experienced property management professional with a career spanning over a decade, currently serving as a Property Manager at Grove Properties LLC since 2019 and as a Licensed Realtor with Wood Brothers Realty since May 2018. Previously, Brendan managed properties at Syndicate Lofts - Rodemyer-Christel Inc. Realty from 2009 to 2019, and held the position of Assistant Property Manager at Knollwood Apartment Homes from 2008 to 2009. Beginning a career in management, Brendan was a Management Trainee and Assistant Manager at The Michelson Organization from 2006 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Missouri, as well as a Real Estate License acquired through Coldwell Banker Gundaker in 2017. Brendan also pursued education at Universitat de Barcelona and is a Certified Property Manager candidate through IREM, aiming for certification in 2024.
