David Doiron, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system engineering and strategic consulting, particularly within the Intelligence Community and federal sectors. Previously held key positions including Principal System Engineer at TASC, Owner/Ordained Christian Minister at DFD Consulting, LLC, Director of DoD & Intel Programs at Edwards Project Solutions, and Vice President of Operations at NCI Information Systems, Inc. David's career also includes significant roles at Northrop Grumman, Dynamics Research Corporation, and as a Command Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force for 26 years. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence from the American Public University System, a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from Excelsior University, and a Strategic Intelligence degree from the Joint Military Intelligence College.
