David Gardner

David Gardner is an experienced professional in international student services and youth mentorship, currently serving as a Youth Mentor Case Manager for Wood County, WI, since December 2023. Previously, David held various roles at Dakota County, including Court Clerk focused on juvenile delinquency, and at St. Olaf College, where responsibilities included advising on visa regulations and managing cultural programs. David’s extensive experience spans multiple educational institutions, including Minnesota State University, Mankato, and Washington State University, where positions included Director of the LGBT Center and International Student Advisor, respectively. David holds a Master of Arts degree in English and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
