Benjamin Vaughan

Benjamin Vaughan is a Senior Research Manager at Wood Mackenzie since December 2021, having previously held the role of R&D Manager. Since December 2013, Benjamin has been the Owner of Vaughan Enterprises, LLC, focusing on embedded design solutions and technologies. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Controls Engineer, Site Lead, and Software Engineer at Alliant Technologies LLC, specializing in automated PLC controls and safety network systems. Additional experience spans engineering positions at companies such as Samtec Inc, Grindmaster-Cecilware, Hitachi Automotive Systems, Kaba Mas, and Sopogy, where Benjamin contributed to various development projects, including control systems, electronic design, and systems validation. Benjamin earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville - J.B. Speed School of Engineering.
