Eilish Henson

Eilish is a strategic HR business partner responsible for the development and implementation of our people strategy.

Having first joined Wood Mackenzie in 2001 as an HR consultant, Eilish has built a deep knowledge of the business. Over the course of her career she has held a number of senior leadership positions in the team, including the regional business leader for EMEARC and APAC as well as various divisional HR business partner roles.

As SVP of Human Resources, Eilish now leads a team of HR professionals who partner with the business to shape and deliver business strategy, together with specialists in talent acquisition, development, learning, and reward and recognition.
