Greig Aitken

Greig Aitken has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Greig worked at Wood Mackenzie from 2012 to the present, initially as an Upstream Oil & Gas M&A Analyst, then as a Principal Analyst in upstream M&A, and currently as Director, Corporate Research. Greig'sroles involved evaluating mergers and acquisitions, assessing corporate strategies, and providing expert input to consulting projects. Greig Aitken was also an Equity Research Analyst at Brewin Dolphin Securities from 2006 to 2012, where they were highly rated in the Oil & Gas and Technology sectors. Prior to that, they worked as a Systems Developer at Standard Life from 2003 to 2006 and as a Software Testing Analyst at SQA - Scottish Qualifications Authority in 2003. Greig started their career as an Analyst/Programmer at Scottish Life from 1999 to 2001. Outside of work, Greig Aitken took a year off to travel backpacking around the world from 2001 to 2002.

Greig Aitken attended Heriot-Watt University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a MA degree in Business Organisation.
