Allan Pierce

Allan Pierce is an experienced professional in the wood technology and sawmilling industry, currently serving as an Industrial Sales and Technical Specialist at Wood-Mizer LLC since September 2022. Prior to this role, Allan held the position of General Manager at QED Multisaw from January 2020 to September 2022 and served as Technical Manager at both Bracken Timbers and QED Multisaw, with responsibilities including production management and quality assurance. Allan gained practical experience in sawmilling during an experiential training period at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in early 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology degree in Wood Technology and a National Diploma in Wood Technology, both earned at Nelson Mandela University, complemented by a high school education from Lowveld High School.
