Currently serving as Managing Director and Partner at Wood Partners since November 2015, Jim has previously held key positions including Vice President at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, where responsibilities encompassed new development pursuits, market research, site acquisition, and project management. Prior roles also include Director of Acquisitions & Development at Gross & Cohen Real Estate Investors, Ltd., and Project Manager at HallKeen Real Estate Investment and Management. Jim's educational background includes an MBA in Real Estate from Bentley College and a BSBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University.
