As a partner at Wood + Lamping since December 2017, Fern Goldman has successfully represented businesses, lenders, and individuals in various transactions and legal matters. Concurrently serving as Of Counsel to Kershner Sledziewski Law, LLC, Fern Goldman focuses on commercial and real estate clients. Previous roles include Partner and Chair of the Business and Finance Group at Statman Harris & Eyrich LLC and Senior Counsel positions at PNC and Frost Brown Todd. Fern Goldman holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from New York University School of Law.
