Josie Milner

Josie Milner is an experienced Lead Engineer at Wood Thilsted, with a career spanning over a decade in geotechnical engineering. At Wood Thilsted, Josie has progressed from Geotechnical Engineer to Senior Geotechnical Engineer, and now serves as Lead Engineer since June 2018. Prior experience includes a tenure at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff from January 2011 to May 2018, where Josie focused on desk-based preliminary geotechnical and contaminated land risk assessments, and served as an External Consultant for DONG Energy, providing geotechnical support for offshore wind farm projects. Josie holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) with Honours in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology from the University of Newcastle, Australia, and possesses expertise in British Standards for design and ground investigations, as well as knowledge of the Contaminated Land Report 11 and the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
