Alyson Watson is the current CEO at Woodard & Curran. Alyson has extensive experience in the water resources field, having previously served as Senior Water Resources Specialist at Stearns and Wheler and as President and CEO of RMC Water and Environment.
Watson was responsible for opening and overseeing Stearns & Wheler's Andover, MA office. Shortly after they joined, Stearns & Wheler was acquired by GHD. Alyson also successfully opened the Andover, MA office and recruited two staff members.
As President and CEO of RMC, Watson restructured the leadership team, implemented a companywide wellness program to improve retention and encourage work-life integration, and implemented an ownership transition. Watson also served on RMC’s Board of Directors from 2014 until the sale in 2016. In their time as President, the company's net service revenue increased significantly while maintaining above-market profitability.
