Kathy Breeding

Kathy Breeding is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Senior Sales Counselor at Woodbridge Pacific Group since November 2016. Kathy has also been a Broker Associate with Castle & Cooke since 2006, specializing in new home sales at University Park, Brighton Estates, and Grand Island in Windermere. Prior experience includes a role as a Sales Associate at The Corky McMillin Companies from 2004 to 2006, where Kathy focused on new home sales at Park Avenue and Tuscany. Additionally, Kathy worked as an Administrative Assistant and Event Planner at Blue Cross from 1999 to 2004, organizing large-scale events for physicians, partners, and members. Kathy's education includes studies at Bennett College and the University of Southern California.
