Prior to this role, Michael was the Chief Operating Officer at Episcopal Homes of Minnesota from October 2002 to February 2016, overseeing operations and implementing strategic plans for various healthcare services. Michael's career began at Genesis HealthCare as an Executive Director/Administrator, leading operations for a 105-bed long-term care facility. Significant achievements include increasing Medicare census, resulting in over $1 million in annual profits. Michael holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
