Andrew Gadzhala

Andrew Gadzhala is a senior electronics engineer at Woodenshark, LLC. Andrew previously worked as a manufacturing operations manager at Evapolar from September 2016 to June 2018.

At Evapolar, Andrew was responsible for operation of the whole “Chinese” part of the startup, including logistics (FCL, LCL, warehouses, drop shipping), controlled OEMs directly from China, and led the customer support team. Andrew gained a lot of experience with establishing new processes and QA procedures and Chinese factories, developing a technical knowledge base for supports, increasing manufacturing capacity more than 5 times, and decreasing overall price (both by supply chain negotiations and changes in the product design, reducing the defect rate). Andrew provided sales, support and CEO with necessary data and reports.

At Woodenshark, LLC, Andrew is using their extensive experience in electronics engineering to create innovative products that meet the needs of the customer. Andrew is always looking for ways to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs while maintaining high quality standards.
