Ayoola Alayerogun

Ayoola Alayerogun currently serves as the Assistant Manager and Head of Maintenance P. & S. at Woodfibre LNG, focusing on the development of maintenance systems, strategies for reliability activities, and interfacing with project teams. Prior to this role, Alayerogun was the Maintenance and Reliability Manager at Welded Tube of Canada, overseeing operations across five facilities. Alayerogun also held the position of Reliability Manager on the Amazon account at JLL, managing maintenance engineering at Canada's largest Amazon facility. A significant tenure at Shell included roles such as Operations Readiness & Assurance Management Lead and Corporate Turnaround Maintenance Planning Lead, where Alayerogun made substantial contributions to maintenance strategies and operational enhancements. Alayerogun holds a Master of Science in Reliability Engineering & Asset Management from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rivers State University of Science and Technology.
