Ryan Studzinski

Ryan Studzinski is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in development and brokerage. Currently serving as a Partner at Woodfield Development since December 2019, Ryan previously held the position of Principal at Icon Residential from May 2009 to December 2019. Ryan's career includes roles at Institutional Property Advisors as a Multifamily Brokerage from 2011 to July 2013, Senior Development Manager at Zaremba Group from 2006 to 2009, Development Project Manager at Miles Development from 2004 to 2006, and Acquisitions & Operations Manager at Urbana from 2003 to 2004.
