Evan Graczyk

Evan Graczyk is a Continuous Improvement Manager at Woodfin - Your Home Team, leading the Continuous Improvement program known as The Idea Network since January 2020 and establishing competitive metrics to monitor its effectiveness. Previously, Evan served as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Borgwarner Turbo Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included facilitating training in Lean concepts, leading Kaizen events, and implementing cost-saving processes. Prior experiences include working as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Schaeffler, an Industrial Engineer Intern at Carry-On Trailer, and a Warehouse Manager at Palmetto Specialty Tire. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University and has gained certification in various Lean training programs.
