Kurtis Cutler

Kurtis Cutler has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Kurtis began their professional journey in 2016 as a Food Server at MEL's COUNTRY CAFE, INC. In 2019, they joined Decibel Event Management as a Video Creator, filming and editing videos for marketing purposes and collaborating with the production team. Kurtis also worked as a Business Advisor and Creative Director at Helotes Echo, providing graphic design material, video commercials, and business advice to the owner.

In 2019, Kurtis also joined JWilliam Photography as an Art Director, Marketing Manager, and Business Advisor. Kurtis continued in this role until 2021. Additionally, they participated in a National Advanced Youth Leadership Training program with the Boy Scouts of America in 2014, developing leadership and collaboration skills.

In 2020, Kurtis served as a Financial Office Assistant at Estate Financial Planning, handling financial accounts and providing technical insight. Kurtis then took on the role of Small Business Operator/Manager at Helotes Creek Studio in 2021, where they provided photography services, marketing materials, and event management.

Most recently, Kurtis joined Woodforest National Bank in 2022 as an Assistant Branch Manager. In this role, they assist the branch manager with daily operations, staff management, customer satisfaction, and compliance with policies. Kurtis also supports the development and implementation of sales strategies and maintains customer relationships.

Throughout their work experience, Kurtis has acquired skills in customer service, management, photography, video editing, graphic design, and computer programs such as Smart Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Kurtis is adaptable and thrives in challenging situations that require critical thinking.

Kurtis Cutler attended Texas State University from 2018 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In addition to their formal education, Kurtis also obtained a certification in Developing a Critical Thinking Mindset from LinkedIn in December 2021.
