Peter Guzmann is currently the Vice President - Portfolio Manager III in the Commercial Real Estate sector at Woodforest National Bank. Prior to their current role, Peter served as a Credit Manager at Old Union Financial, LLC and as a Portfolio Manager/Analyst at COUGAR INVESTMENT FUND, L.L.C. Peter has a strong background in financial management, underwriting, and risk management, with experience in managing multi-million dollar portfolios. Peter holds a MBA in Finance from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Texas State University-San Marcos.
