Additionally, they served on the Executive Advisory Board of Moelis Capital Partners and was the Managing Partner of TheTenth Partners. Paul Golden has also held positions on the Board of Directors for Flightstar Jacksonville and Nordco, where they led strategy development and implementation of Lean Enterprise culture. Before these roles, they served as the President and CEO of MAAX, where they successfully transformed the business during a market decline and achieved significant growth in sales, gross margins, and cash flows. Paul is a highly accomplished leader with a strong focus on strategy, transformation, and sustainable growth.

Paul Golden earned a BA in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University between 1987 and 1991. Later, they pursued an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School, completing it between 1996 and 1998.
