Jenny Chow

Jenny Chow is a dedicated professional with experience in case management, job coaching, and community services. Currently serving as a Case Counsellor Specialist and Job Coach at WoodGreen Community Services, Jenny provides tailored employment support and develops strong community partnerships. Previous roles include Case Manager at the YMCA of Greater Toronto, where Jenny supported youth in achieving personal goals, and Concierge Advisor at Aritzia, facilitating client interactions and maintaining high service standards. Jenny also gained valuable experience as a Newcomer Program Assistant at WoodGreen and as a Program Assistant at The Shoebox Project for Women, where outreach and program support were key responsibilities. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Social Work from York University, completed in 2022.
