Maxine Brown

Maxine Brown is an experienced professional in the field of social services and education, currently serving as the Director at WoodGreen Community Services since January 2022. Prior to this role, Maxine held positions as a Part-time Professor in Child and Youth Care at Sheridan College from 2019 to December 2021 and as Part-time Faculty in the Child and Youth Program at George Brown College from January 2017 to December 2021. Maxine also has a background in program management, having worked as a Program Manager at Street Haven Addiction Services from January 2018 to January 2019, and gained extensive experience at Central Toronto Youth Services in various roles including Manager of Client Services and Program Coordinator from March 2006 to August 2017. Maxine holds a Master’s Degree from York University, completed between 2012 and 2016.
