Rochelle McAlister

Rochelle McAlister is an experienced professional in social services, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Seniors' Mental Health and Addictions at WoodGreen Community Services since October 2015. Prior roles include Transitional Housing Program Coordinator and Social Services Consultant/Project Associate at The Salvation Army in Canada, where Rochelle worked from August 2008 to October 2015. Rochelle also served as the HIV/AIDS Coordinator for The Salvation Army Zimbabwe from April 2006 to June 2008, and as the Program Manager and Volunteer Coordinator for The Salvation Army in Canada’s Immigrant & Refugee Services from August 2001 to August 2003. Rochelle holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) from the University of Toronto (2003-2005), an Advanced Diploma in Social Service Administration from the University of Toronto (2014-2016), and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Peace & Conflict Studies from the University of Toronto (1997-2001).
