Tim Jones has a strong background in human resources, with experience ranging from leading the HR function for a wholesale parts distribution and automotive company to negotiating employment agreements globally. Tim has held executive roles in companies such as Woodhouse Auto Family, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., and Conagra Brands. Prior to their corporate career, Tim served as the Director at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Tim also took a sabbatical in 2017 for international travel.
Tim Jones has participated in executive education programs at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and Harvard Business School. At The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, they completed a program focusing on Leadership and Strategic Impact. At Harvard Business School, they completed a program specifically tailored to Global Talent Strategy. Prior to these executive education programs, Tim Jones obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
