Lindy Thackston

Lindy Thackston has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lindy is currently the National Sales Manager, Industrial at Woodland Foods, where they cultivate culinary forward solutions and fosters long-term partnerships with customers. Prior to this, Lindy ran their own business, Thackston Coaching & Consulting, LLC, as a certified strategic coach and consultant for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Lindy gained extensive experience in the food industry. Lindy served as the Principal & President of Old Dominion Spice Company, where they managed all aspects of the business and held various roles within the company. Lindy also worked at Protein Sales Inc, where they held positions such as President (Principal), Vice President Operations, and Regional Sales Manager, overseeing sales, operations, inventory management, and customer relations.

Lindy Thackston pursued their education at Roanoke College from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. During their time at the college, their studies focused on Sociology and Business. In 2017, Lindy furthered their education by attending Coach Training Alliance, where they obtained a certification as a Certified Coach, CTACC. Lindy'sstudies at Coach Training Alliance primarily centered around Life Coaching and Small Business Coaching.
