Jessica Gallagher is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in customer service and event management. Currently serving as Banquet Captain and Dining Room Captain at Woodland Golf Club since May 2019, Jessica excels in multitasking and delivering exceptional service to over 100 patrons in high-pressure settings. Previously, Jessica worked as a Beverage and Nightlife Intern at Twin River Casino Hotel, contributing to the New England Tequila and Rum Festival's social media campaign and event organization. Jessica's leadership skills were honed at Johnson & Wales University, where engagement with incoming students as an Orientation Leader was complemented by roles as a Faculty Office Desk Assistant. Prior experience includes positions as Cake Decorator at Modern Pastry Shop and Sales Assistant at Antoines Pastry Shop. Woodland Golf Club is a member-owned, highly selective private golf club located in the Village of Auburndale section of Newton, Massachusetts. Woodland is one of the finest family-oriented golf clubs in greater Boston. Woodland, founded in 1896, is the home of golfing legend Francis Ouimet, and has the distinction of being the home to three United States amateur champions. The club has hosted many major state and regional tournaments that are still hosted today. Woodland offers its members a full range of recreational and social amenities including a historic 18-hole golf course, outdoor tennis and swimming along with elegant and casual dining and banquet facilities. The Club is open 49 weeks a year.
