Jillian Hicks

Jillian Hicks has over a decade of experience in membership and customer service roles, currently serving as Membership Manager at Woodland Park Zoo since November 2012, where previous positions included Lead Membership Specialist, Membership Customer Service Specialist, and Gate Associate. Prior to this, Jillian worked at AMC Theatres from February 2005 to May 2012, advancing through roles from Crew Member to Operations Supervisor and eventually Manager. Jillian holds an educational background from Edmonds College, with studies completed between 2005 and 2008.
