Scott Williams

Scott Williams serves as the Operations Support Manager at Woodlands Behavioral Healthcare Network since April 2023, having previously held the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer earlier in 2023. With an extensive career at Woodlands starting in 1994, Scott transitioned from Chief Operations Officer, where significant restructuring and staffing improvements were made during the pandemic, to earlier roles supervising staff who provided care for individuals with developmental disabilities, effectively reducing service costs while maintaining high employee satisfaction. Outside of Woodlands, Scott owned a successful photography business from 2002 to 2007 and contributed as an Employment Training Specialist and Residential Liaison in various organizations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington, a Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, and a National Accreditation as a Certified Employment Supports Professional.
