Joe Ayers

Joe Ayers is the current Director of Real Estate at Woodlawn. Prior to their current position, Joe served as the VP of Property Management at Red Rock Realty Group from April 2014 to October 2016. Joe also held the title of Property Manager at Red Rock Realty Group from September 2007 to April 2014. Before working in the realm of real estate, Joe was the Store Manager at Big Ten Tire from January 2005 to April 2007. Joe also worked as an Operations Supervisor at AmSouth Bank from April 1999 to October 2004. Joe's first job out of high school was as a Route Driver for G&K Services from July 1997 to June 1999. Joe also spent a year as the Head Basketball Coach at John Carroll Catholic High School from July 2016 to April 2017. Joe's career in the tire industry began as a Sales Representative for National Tire Wholesale from April 1988 to February 1992. Joe eventually worked their way up to Assistant Manager and then Store Operations Manager for National Tire Wholesale from February 1992 to September 1994.

Joe Ayers attended the University of Mississippi, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.

Joe Ayers reports to Mashonda Taylor, Executive Director. and Community Development - (Built Environment + People) reports to Joe Ayers. They are on a team with Precious Freeman - Director of Development, Strategy - (Partners and Strategic Alignment).
