Anshul Aggarwal

Anshul Aggarwal is a quantitative researcher at Woodline Partners LP since October 2022, specializing in generating fundamental insights from data and portfolio optimization. Previously, Anshul worked as a Software Engineer at Microsoft from July 2019 to October 2021, contributing to the Powerpoint Intelligence Team and shipping features such as the Presenter Coach, earning the E+D division leadership award in February 2020. Earlier experience includes an internship at Symphony Fintech Solutions Pvt Ltd, focusing on reducing latency in High Frequency Trading systems, and software development at Media.net. Anshul co-founded the coding society at BITS Pilani, served as an event manager for various competitions, and held a teaching assistant role in computer programming. Anshul holds a Master of Financial Engineering from UC Berkeley and a B.E. in Computer Science from BITS Pilani.
