Serkan Döğen

Serkan Döğen has a diverse work experience, beginning with an internship at MAHLE Behr GmbH & Co. KG in 2010. Serkan then went on to become a Bachelor Student at the same company in 2012. In 2014, they took on the role of Working Student at Andreas STIHL. In 2015, they became a Master Student at Braincourt GmbH and then a Project Manager at the same company in 2016. In 2018, they were both a Senior Consultant and Manager at Woodmark Consulting AG, as well as an Associate Lecturer at Pforzheim University.

Serkan Döğen completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Information Systems from Pforzheim University between 2008 and 2012. In 2013, they started a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management Information Systems, General at Pforzheim University, which they completed in 2016. In 2014, they attended San Diego State University for a Semester Abroad in Management Information Systems, General. Additionally, Serkan Döğen has obtained several certifications, including ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2018, Certified Scrum Master from borisgloger consulting in November 2016, Quality Assurance in Project from BMW Group in April 2016, SAFe 5.1 Release Train Engineer from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2022, and SAFe 5 Advanced Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2021.
