Melissa B.

Melissa B. is an accomplished pharmacy professional with extensive experience in clinical pharmacy services. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services at Woodmark Pharmacy since August 2016, Melissa oversees clinical teams focused on Medication Reconciliation and admission orders within post-acute and long-term care skilled nursing facilities. Prior experience includes managing the Medication Reconciliation team at Woodmark and serving as APPE Pharmacy Preceptor at D'Youville University, where Melissa guided fourth-year pharmacy students.
