Melissa Reichardt

Melissa Reichardt, CTFL-AT, is a seasoned professional in software testing with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Sr. System Test Engineer at Woodmen of the World since April 2015, Melissa has successfully created functional tests using Parasoft SOATest and converted 1200 regression tests from TestComplete to SOATest. Previously, as a Senior Consultant at Sogeti from September 2012 to April 2015, Melissa worked as a Sr Test Engineer utilizing Rational Functional Tester for automated tests. Earlier positions include Software Test Engineer roles at Raytheon, TEKsystems, and several notable defense contractors, including Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman Information Systems. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, obtained between 1993 and 2000.
