Louis Devos

Louis DeVos has had a extensive career in property management. Louis began as a Property Manager at AvalonBay Communities in 1995 and worked their way up to Senior Property Manager, overseeing leasing, financial, and maintenance teams. Louis then transitioned to overseeing a portfolio of residential properties in the Washington DC market as a Property Management Portfolio Operations Manager. In 2005, they became a Property Management Portfolio Operations Director at AvalonBay Communities, where they oversaw a multifamily portfolio in New Jersey. In 2009, they joined Morgan Properties as an Area Vice President of Property Management Operations, overseeing a diverse portfolio in New York and New Jersey. Louis then took on the role of Vice President of Property Management at Woodmont Properties in 2015.
