Chris Webber, CPRP, has extensive experience in finance and management within municipal and park district organizations. Currently serving as Deputy Director and Superintendent of Finance, Personnel & IT at Woodridge Park District since April 2017, Chris oversees finance, accounting, human resources, and IT systems. Previously, Chris held the Finance Director position at the Village of Westchester and served as Assistant Finance Director at the Village of Hinsdale, managing various accounting functions. Earlier roles include Financial Analyst at the City of Des Plaines, where Chris implemented an ERP system, and Senior Accountant at New Vista Investment Group, responsible for significant real estate portfolios. Chris began the career as a Senior Associate at Crowe Horwath LLP, conducting financial audits and preparing financial statements for governmental and not-for-profit entities. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Aurora University.

Woodridge Park District

The Woodridge Park District established in October 1969 is governed by a set of Illinois laws known as the Park District Code, which was enacted in 1947 (70 ILCS 1205, et seq.). The Woodridge Park serves approximately 35,500 residents, offers more than 1,000 programs each year, and maintains four facilities and 60 community and neighborhood parks and sites, woodlands, wetlands, bikeways and open space totaling 655 acres. Facilities include Cypress Cove Family Aquatic Park, Village Greens Golf Course and the Community Center. The agency's commitment to excellence is why the Woodridge Park District earned Accreditation from the Illinois Association of Park Districts & Illinois Parks & Recreation Association's Joint Committee Distinguished Agency Accreditation program in 2010.
