Gerald Ostermiller

Gerald Ostermiller has extensive experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Gerald started their career at Progressive Insurance in 2007 as an Application Specialist III, where they worked until 2013. Gerald then joined Kforce as a Software Test Engineer and stayed with the company until 2015. During this time, they gained experience in manual testing and executing test cases.

In 2015, Ostermiller joined Digital Management Inc as a Quality Assurance professional. Gerald was responsible for conducting functional and system testing using tools like QTP. Gerald also contributed to requirement writing and reviews for testability and utilized Toad for SQL verification. Gerald worked with the company until 2018.

From 2018 to 2020, Ostermiller worked at Temenos as a Software Test Engineer. Gerald was part of an Agile team and focused on testing web-based account opening forms for financial institutions. As the applications became stable, they began using Selenium to create automated test cases.

Currently, Ostermiller is employed at Woodridge Software as a Quality Engineer. Gerald is part of an Agile team and is involved in manual testing of web-based applications using TM4J for test management.

Gerald Ostermiller completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University, spanning from 2008 to 2012.
