Seth Lopour

Seth Lopour is an Associate Attorney at Woods, Fuller, Shultz & Smith P.C. since August 2018, with prior experience as a Judicial Law Clerk for the South Dakota Unified Judicial System. Seth's legal career includes internships at Woods, Fuller, Shultz & Smith P.C. and Blackburn and Stevens Prof LLC. In addition to legal experience, Seth served as Business Outreach Chair and External Vice President of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity's Kappa Pi Chapter at the University of South Dakota, overseeing community engagement and philanthropy events. Seth earned a Doctor of Law (JD) with honors from The University of South Dakota School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from the same institution.
