Tim Shattuck

Tim Shattuck is an experienced attorney and litigator at Woods, Fuller, Shultz & Smith P.C. since September 1994, specializing in business, employment, and patent-related legal matters. With a significant focus on patent-infringement and intellectual-property disputes, Tim has litigated a diverse array of cases in both state and federal courts in South Dakota.
