Kevin Granfield

Kevin Granfield is currently serving as the Global Research Security Officer at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution since March 2024. Prior to this role, Kevin held positions such as Special Security Representative at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and Security Administrator at MORSE Corp. Kevin's experience includes developing and maintaining security protocols, utilizing security information management systems, and creating helpful resources for security compliance. Previous roles also include a Security Administration Intern at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, where Kevin enhanced security training materials and documentation for assessments. Kevin's early career included a summer internship with the Cape Cod Baseball League. Kevin holds a degree from the University of Maryland, attained between 2018 and 2022, and graduated from Newton South High School in 2018.
