Turgay Aksoy

Turgay Aksoy, MBA has a strong background in information technology. Turgay is currently the Director of Information Technology at Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP, a position they have held since November 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Verizon as a System Design Engineer from January 2014 to November 2018. In 2007, Turgay joined Innovative Solutions as a Technical Lead/Systems Administrator and worked there until July 2013. Before that, they gained experience as a Computer Technician/Co-op at Monroe Community College from February 2006 to February 2007.

Turgay Aksoy received a Bachelor's degree in Network and Systems Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology in the period from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at Rochester Institute of Technology, completing it in 2013. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, and Microsoft Certified Professional. Turgay also acquired Juniper Networks Certified Associate certification from Juniper Networks in 2014.
