Talfourd Kemper Jr.

Talfourd Kemper, Jr. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, securities, and intellectual property matters, particularly in representing high-tech entrepreneurs. Since August 1998, Talfourd has served as Principal at Woods Rogers PLC, also offering general commercial, real estate transactions, and contractual legal services. Talfourd held the position of General Counsel at Luna Innovations Incorporated from November 2008 to May 2015, continuing to provide support as outside counsel. Talfourd obtained an A.B. degree in Economics and Psychology from Duke University and attended the University of Virginia School of Law from 1993 to 1995.
