Adam Boratyn

Adam Boratyn is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as the Senior People and Capability Adviser at Woodside Energy since February 2014. With extensive experience in HR strategy, project management, and change management, Adam has supported a portfolio of over $10 billion in projects both domestically and internationally. Notable contributions include the development of Woodside's first capability management tool and leadership in various emergency response teams. Adam's previous roles at Woodside range from Learning and Development Adviser to Human Resources intern at SPC Ardmona/Coca-Cola Amatil. Adam holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from The University of Western Australia and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management & Banking and Finance from Monash University.
