Anshu Ojashvi Chauhan

Anshu Ojashvi Chauhan currently serves as the Delivery and Capability Excellence Lead at Woodside Energy, focusing on sustainable delivery of IT and Digital projects while promoting capability harmonisation for employees both in Australia and internationally. Prior roles at Woodside include Digital Delivery Lead and Digital Analyst, where Anshu contributed to software development and project management. Active in the community, Anshu is an Organiser for the Female Coders Collective and a Co-Organiser for a major tech networking event in Australia. Previous experience includes roles at Guide Dogs WA, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia, and VisAbility, where Anshu has been involved in process improvement, research, and stakeholder management. Anshu holds a Master’s degree in Business Information and Logistics Management from The University of Western Australia.
