Bailey Heng

Bailey Heng has extensive experience in business analysis and consultancy, currently serving as a Consultant at StepChange and a Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master at Woodside Energy since February 2021. Prior to these roles, Bailey worked as a Business Analyst at Rio Tinto and a Technical Business Analyst at the Department of Health (WA Health). Additional experience includes positions at Western Power, IBM, and BHP as well as a tenure as a Senior Technical Consultant and Senior Business Analyst with LTI, Inc. and Chevron. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Internet Law & E-Commerce from Curtin University, as well as credentials in Prince 2, Six Sigma Black Belt, Red Hat System Administration, and TOGAF 9.
