Jerod Weeks has over 15 years of experience in the HRIS and HR analytics field. Jerod has worked in various roles at different companies, including Woodside Energy, Murphy Oil Corporation, Precision Drilling, STP Nuclear Operating Company, and CenturyLink.

At Woodside Energy, Jerod is currently serving as the HR Systems Implementation Lead, where they are leading a company-wide SAP S/4HANA implementation project and merging two legacy environments into a new global SF environment.

Jerod Weeks earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Communications Systems from Louisiana Tech University in the year 2010-2011. Additionally, Weeks has also obtained a certification in SuccessFactors X - Administrator Certification from SAP SuccessFactors, although the specific month and year of its attainment are unknown.
