Jerod Weeks

Jerod Weeks has over 15 years of experience in the HRIS and HR analytics field. Jerod has worked in various roles at different companies, including Woodside Energy, Murphy Oil Corporation, Precision Drilling, STP Nuclear Operating Company, and CenturyLink.

At Woodside Energy, Jerod is currently serving as the HR Systems Implementation Lead, where they are leading a company-wide SAP S/4HANA implementation project and merging two legacy environments into a new global SF environment.

At Murphy Oil Corporation, they worked as a Human Resources Information System Analyst from 2019 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for configuring all SuccessFactors modules, implementing process improvements, managing contract resources, and ensuring the integrity of HR data.

At Precision Drilling, Jerod worked as an HRIS - SAP/SuccessFactors Analyst from 2016 to 2019. Jerod led a multi-million-dollar project, conducted user acceptance testing, implemented compensation and variable pay, and expanded recruiting and onboarding modules globally.

Prior to that, Jerod held roles such as Business Process Analyst at STP Nuclear Operating Company and Lead Analyst HR Analytics, Lead Project Manager HR, Sr. Project Manager Human Resources, and Senior IT Analyst at CenturyLink. Jerod has experience in developing HR metrics, analyzing organizational data, managing HR projects, and working across multiple HR departments.

Jerod Weeks earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Communications Systems from Louisiana Tech University in the year 2010-2011. Additionally, Weeks has also obtained a certification in SuccessFactors X - Administrator Certification from SAP SuccessFactors, although the specific month and year of its attainment are unknown.
